Orders

An order is a request to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is received. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include any discounts shown at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Personalization

You are responsible for the text you submit for personalization and confirm you have the right to use it. We may refuse text that is offensive or that infringes someone else's rights, including trademarks.
